Frank Oliver Gill was born on January 2, 1931, in the quiet town of Allensville, Kentucky, where he was raised with the values of faith, humility, and hard work. From a young age, Frank displayed a tender heart for God and a deep sensitivity to His voice—seeds that would one day grow into a lifetime of ministry and service.
On September 4, 1954, Frank married the love of his life, Patricia Jean Mengleberg. Together, they began a journey of love, partnership, and purpose that has now spanned over 71 years. Their marriage has been a living testimony of God’s faithfulness, marked by devotion to each other, to their family, and to the Lord.
Frank and Pat made their home in Franklin, Tennessee, where they still reside today. Their union has been abundantly blessed with 10 children, 21 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren (as of October 15, 2025). Their legacy is not only biological but spiritual—reaching generations through prayer, discipleship, and steadfast example.
In 1963, Frank graduated from Columbia Bible College in Columbia, South Carolina, a pivotal step in preparing for the ministry God had placed on his heart. While some are called to the pastorate or missions, Frank knew clearly that his call was that of an evangelist—to carry the Gospel and share the life-changing love of Jesus Christ wherever God led him.
Throughout the decades, Frank devoted his life to fulfilling that calling. Anchored in Philippians 3:10—“That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings…”—Frank has lived to know Jesus and to make Him known. Whether preaching from a pulpit, leading a Bible study, sitting across the table in conversation, or simply living with integrity in daily life, Frank's message has always been the same: Jesus is Lord, and He is worthy of it all.
Now at 94 years old, Pastor Frank looks back not with regret, but with deep joy and gratitude. His journey has been one of obedience, trust, and passion for the Kingdom of God. He remains unwavering in his desire: to be who God called him to be, and to do only what God has called him to do.
As he continues to walk with Christ in this season of life, Frank's heart still burns with the same fire it did in his youth. He continues to pray, encourage, and pour into others with wisdom born of experience and a life wholly surrendered to God.
Pastor Frank Gill’s life is a living sermon—one of faithfulness, love, and eternal impact. And though he would be the first to say, “To God be the glory,” those who know him give thanks for the incredible gift of his life and witness.

At the very heart of Pastor Frank Gill’s ministry is prayer—faithful, fervent, and full of compassion. Prayer is not just a spiritual discipline for Frank; it is a way of life, a lifeline to the heart of God, and the foundation of every ministry he’s ever carried.
Each Friday morning at 6:30 AM, you’ll find Frank and his beloved wife Pat walking together in Franklin’s downtown square, quietly interceding for their city. Week after week, they pray with boldness and humility, crying out for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit—that the hearts of the lost would be stirred, softened, and led to salvation in Jesus Christ. Their consistent presence has become a sacred rhythm in the life of the city, planting seeds of revival both the seen and in the unseen places.
Frank also carries a deep burden for the incarcerated. A few times each month, he enters local prisons to minister the hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to men behind bars. With eyes that see dignity and worth, and a message rooted in truth and grace, Frank shares the Good News with those many might overlook. These prison visits are not just ministry—they are mission fields where broken hearts are reminded they are not forgotten by God.
One of Frank’s most sacred callings is intercessory prayer. He keeps a prayer list of over 200 names—people from all walks of life who are in need of healing, deliverance, salvation, restoration, or strength. That list is more than ink on a page; to Frank, it is a gift from God, a spiritual responsibility that he tends to with love and faith. Day by day, name by name, Frank lifts each one before the Lord, trusting in God's perfect timing and mercy.
In an age of noise and distraction, Pastor Frank Gill has chosen the path of quiet, powerful devotion. Through prayer, presence, and proclamation, he continues to live out the Gospel—not in grand gestures, but in daily faithfulness. His intercessions have touched countless lives, and his heart continues to beat in rhythm with the Father’s—to see the lost found, the broken healed, and the name of Jesus lifted high.
Pastor Frank Gill is supported by his beautiful wife, Patricia Gill, who has been by his side since he began preaching.
